Shipping & Postage:

We aim to deliver all of our parcels via Royal Mail or Parcelforce Worldwide. Larger orders may be delivered directly using our own in-house courier service.

Ordering:

You can make your order by selecting a product and a size in our menus. You can select local pickup have your items delivered anywhere in the UK.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including PayPal. Once an order is placed you will receive email confirmation indicating a contract between ourselves. We aim to deliver your order within 3 days providing we have all the items in stock and that all details are correct.

If any items are out of stock and we are unable to supply them in a reasonable time frame, we will offer a full refund.

All items on the website are excluding VAT which will be calculated during the checkout process.

Returns Policy:

If for any reason you are not happy with the product, we can offer a refund which will be the sales price minus 20% & the carriage fee. If you return a product, it must be returned in its original, unused condition within 14 days of the date of receipt of the goods.

If you receive goods that are damaged in transit, they must be reported to us within 5 days and also to the courier if delivered directly. Once returned, we will inspect the good and offer a replacement or a full refund if applicable.
